Gadgets with Internet access make people addicted. Nowadays it's difficult to spend a single day without using the Internet. Some people consider it is part of our modern life and stay calm, others disagree and believe that such addiction causes problem for people health. Both sides have their reasons. Let me consider them.
Although, there is strong argument that Internet makes our lives easier, in reality digital technologies make us slaves of progress. We use Internet everywhere- in transport, in work, at school, during the shopping, in cafes. What is more, sometimes we can see situation when people who has a date just surfing web in their phone instead of speaking with each others. People have addiction to social networking, apps, watching video, online games. All these things make us isolated from real world. Computers, tablets, phones and others digital devices replace our reality. People can’t imagine their life without Internet.
On the positive side, there are many ways that the internet can be used in a healthy way. It helps us with work, communication, entertainment. We can found out some information quickly and it's really helpful. In my opinion, the most useful apps are weather forecast, city maps, alarms, sport apps. Opportunity to write letters or connect by Skype to long-distance friends and relatives is also great!
To sum up, Internet is inseparable part of our life in modern society. Of course we can't refuse to use it at all. But we need to learn how to draw the line. Internet is not evil, if you know how to use it wisely.

С положительной стороны, есть много способов, когда Интернет может быть использован в здоровом ключе. Он помогает нам в работе, общении, развлечении. Подводя итог, Интернет неотъемлемой частью нашей жизни в современном обществе. Конечно, мы не можем отказаться от его использования вообще. Но нам нужно научиться обозначить пределы. Интернет не является злом, если вы знаете, как использовать его с умом.
Technology and technological devices have become very popular over the last ten years. In my opinion, having too many devices complicates people's lives rather than makes them easier.
To start with, the increased use of technological devices has brought about many security issues. For example, there has been a major increase in thefts of mobile phones, iPods and other devices. Furthermore using bank cards online isn't safe as hackers have the ability to access bank details.
Secondly, technology can be unreliable. Machines and computers regularly break down and can be time-consuming to fix. This can cause a lot of problems for those who rely on technology, such as businesses or schools.
On the other hand, it is said that learning how to use technological devices prepares you for the future. Regular use of a computer will mean good keyboard skills which can be beneficial in a person's working life.
In conclusion, I think it is important not to rely too heavily on technological devices as that could negatively affect our lives, but occasional use of modern technology can sometimes help.
Технология и технологические устройства стали очень популярными на протяжении последних десяти лет. На мой взгляд, слишком много устройств усложняют жизнь людей, а не делает ее проще.
Начну с того, что более широкое использование технологических устройств привело к многим проблемам безопасности. Например, было значительное увеличение краж мобильных телефонов, плееров и других устройств. Кроме того, использовать банковские карты в Интернете не безопасно, так как хакеры имеют возможность доступа к банковским реквизитам.
С другой стороны технологические устройства готовят вас к будущему. Регулярное использование компьютера будет означать хорошие навыки печатания, которые могут быть полезны в рабочей жизни человека.
В заключение, я думаю, что важно - не слишком сильно полагаться на технологические устройства, которые могут негативно влиять на нашу жизнь, но иногда и использование современных технологий может помочь.

THE ONLY WAY TO TRAVEL IS ON FOOT
In the twentieth century people forgot how to use their legs. Men and women move about in cars, buses and trains from a very early age. The surprising thing is that they don't use their legs even when they go on holiday. They build cable railways, ski-lifts and roads to the top of every huge mountain.
The future history books might also record that we did not use our eyes. In our hurry to get from one place to another, we failed to see anything on the way. Air travel gives you a bird's-eye view of the world. Car drivers in particular, never want to stop. The typical twentieth-century traveller is the man who always says "I've been there" - meaning, "I drove through it at 100 miles an hour on the way to somewhere else."
When you travel at high speeds the present means nothing: you live mainly in the future, because you spend most of your time looking forward to arriving at some other place. But actual arrival when it is achieved is meaningless. You want to move on again. The traveller on foot, on the other hand, lives constantly in the present. He experiences to present moment with his eyes, his ears and whole of his body. At the end of his journey he feels a delicio us physical weariness. He knows that sound satisfying sleep will be his: the just reward of all true travellers.

b) It's true that computers save a lot of time and space. In our time, more and more people go online to perform different tasks.
There's no doubt. That computers are friends of people. We use computers every day, no matter what we do, they are quite useful inventions. People use computers to carry out work projects or projects for the school, they use them to correspond with friends, relatives or to keep in touch with other people online. Some people also use computers for watching movies, listening to music or reading books. In conclusion, computers are both a blessing and a curse. Unfortunately, many people forget about the real use of computers. They think that computers will replace them with their friends, family, love and interests, but it is not.

Smartphones have become an integral part of the modern life. People use them for different purposes: sending and receiving email, making pnone calls, surfing the Internet, etc. I have done a project on the use of smartphones and now I am going to comment on the data and give my personal opinion on the subject.
According to the reasearch, sending and receiving electronic letters has a strong lead in using smartphones. Seventy-nine per cent of people consider these devices the best means to be in correspondence with their friends and family. At the same time, making phone calls is ranked number two in the purposes smartphones are used for. Specifically, people speak on the phone in seventy-eight per cent of the cases.
The next top positions are held by surfing the Internet and playing games while differing from each other by ten per cent sharp. In fifty-eight cases people connect to the World Wide Web with their smartphones, and in forty-eight cases they take their above-mentioned devices to start a game.
Cosidering the frequency of using smartphones, sense of sight may take a turn for the worse. To reduce the damage it is highly recommended to buy models with high resolution screen and to make special exercises for the eyes.
In conclusion, I would like to stress the fact that a smartphone is indispensable for everyone because of its functional variety.
