Tigers live a happy life in freedom, but twice as short - about 10 years. Although this is enough to live longer than their fellow species.
The Amur tiger lives in the southern part of the Far East. The main habitats are on the banks of the Amur and Ussuri rivers in the Khabarovsk Territory and at the foot of the Sikhote-Alin Mountains in the Primorsky Territory. Also, some of the animals were housed in the Jewish Autonomous Region.
