People often wonder what the future will be like. Some people believe the life will be much better in the future, and there are those who are not so optimistic.

I think the life in the future will be much faster. There will be new technologies and a lot of new gadgets that will make our life easier and more enjoyable than now. I hope people will be able to solve environmental problems and find cures for all serious diseases. I also believe all the countries in the world will make a union with the same laws for everyone.

I may not live to see all these things, but I like to think that my children (or grandchildren) will.

Люди часто задаются вопросом, каким будет будущее. Некоторые считают, что в будущем жизнь будет намного лучше, и есть те, кто не настолько оптимистичен.

Я думаю, что жизнь в будущем будет намного быстрее. Появятся новые технологии и множество новых гаджетов, которые сделают нашу жизнь проще и приятнее, чем сейчас. Я надеюсь, что люди смогут решить экологические проблемы и найти лекарство от всех серьезных заболеваний. Я также считаю, что все страны мира объединятся в союз с одинаковыми законами для всех.

Может быть, я не доживу до этого времени, но мне нравится думать, что мои дети (или внуки) доживут.

I think that many things will change in the future.Of course it is only suggestion.There is number of scientists which predict various changes that may happen in the near future.I consider that people will be like robots without any human feelings.As concerning things about cosmos then we can travel to THe Moon.It will be usual activity for us.Food will be more genetically-modified.I am afraid that healthy food will disappear .The technology as mobile phones,blu-ray TV and new devices will become more widespread.Nowadays, not every man has such technology,but in the future everyone will have.Androids will live in every house.There are some positive aspects in this,but at the same time we will lose our best human's qualitis.To conclude many different things and discoveries will happen in the near future.

Prediction на английском означает - предсказание будущего. 'Predict the future' - предсказывать будущее или колдовство в него.
Но это же маразм! Никогда не верил и не выступал в качестве и в роли предсказателя или колдуна, которым в России почему-то начали верить порядка 60% россиян. У них из-под ног питерские кремлёвцы выбили опору в их дальнейшей жизни, продолжая нас пичкать своими "планами" и "перспективами" которыми они отвлекают российский народ вот уже 20 лет. Когда же мы услышим о реальных достижениях?
Я бы подверг большому сомнению и устроил бы проверку, кто является автором, задавшим такую тему для Вашего сочинения! Это кто? Скорее всего это - люди, которые не могут себе представить, как их антинародная деятельность в условиях феодально-олигархического строя аукнется им самим, и чтобы Вы рассказали им, чем это для них закончится?
Я бы, на Вашем месте, под любым предлогом ушёл бы от написания ответа на эту провокацию. Можете прикинуться кем угодно - временно беременной, "с головой у меня не всё в порядке" или взять академический отпуск.
При этом я, лично, могу написать Вам 10-15 сочинений, по которым будут происходить события в России в ближайшем будущем. Даваёте - топать по жизни, а не колдовать вперёд!

Additionally, I hope that by 2050 flying cars will transport humans, not only being available in certain cities but expanding globally. Flying cars will transport people like public transportation or in cases of emergency. The goal is for Japanese engineers, to present the first flying car during the Olympic Games 2020.
My personal view is that flying cars shouldn’t be just a luxury, they should serve as a tool for help and rescue.

Finally, I agree that one day we’ll have to pay for clean air just like we do now for clean water. Nowadays air is so polluted that the air we breathe in is not healthy, in the future people should pay for filtered air.

All in all, I cannot be quite optimistic. I’m worried about the future, while others are full of hope and enthusiasm. There is social inequality, environmental pollution, political struggles and so more. It is very difficult to be peaceful or calm but I think we should be optimistic. The future is decided by optimists. No matter how dark or bright it may seem, it is up to us to look after our planet and try to make it a better place to live.

Can you imagine living in the year 2500? Maybe people will spend their holidays on the moon, or play with their pets in the virtual reality.

People all over the world wonder about life in the future. According to the recent surveys, people have their fears and hopes. For example, it is believed that human relationships will change a lot.

People will make friends and find their future spouses through the Internet. It happens a lot now, but in the future, it will happen more often. Other people say, that we won`t need so much real human contact, so we will become more isolated from each other.

There will be lots of changes in education too. Because of the computer programmes, children won`t need certain abilities like mental arithmetic or writing by hand.

Our home life in the future will be better. Robots will be doing all our housework and the food will be ready-made, so we will have lots of free time. A lot of people believe, that we might cook just for fun. Others think that we will be eating food pills.

Most of the people say that space exploration will become increasingly popular, we will visit Mars frequently. Travelling on the Earth will also probably change: there will only be environmentally-friendly traffic. But there are people who are worried about air pollution in the future very much.

On the other hand, most of the people seem to be quite optimistic, because they see the progress of the medicine, and especially the genetic engineering. The scientists will find a cure for cancer and AIDS, so the society will be much healthier.

There are people who worry about the future, and there are ones who are full of enthusiasm and hope. But no it doesn`t matter that the future seems to be very far, we have to do our best to make the world a better place to live.

Можете ли вы представить себе жизнь в 2500 году ? Возможно люди будут проводить отпуск на луне или играть с домашними любимцами в виртуальной реальности.

Люди по всему миру размышляют о жизни в будущем. Согласно последним исследованиям, у людей есть свои страхи и надежды. Например, считается, что отношения людей сильно изменятся.

Люди будут находить друзей и будущих супругов через интернет. Сейчас это тоже часто происходит, но в будущем будет происходить еще чаще. Другие говорят, что нам не нужно будет так много контактировать с людьми в реальности, поэтому мы будем более изолированы друг от друга.

Большинство людей считает, что исследование космоса станет более популярным, мы часто будем часто летать на Марс. Путешествия на Земле тоже скорее всего изменится: у нас будет только экологичный транспорт. Но есть и другие люди, которые сильно беспокоятся о загрязнении воздуха в будущем.

С другой стороны, большинство людей настроены довольно оптимистично, так как видят прогресс медицины и особенно генной инженерии. Ученые найдут средство от рака и СПИДа, таким образом общество станет намного более здоровым.

Есть люди, которые волнуются о будущем, а есть и те, кто полон энтузиазма и надежд. Не имеет значения, что будущее кажется очень далеким, нам следует стараться изо всех сил, чтобы сделать мир лучшим местом для жизни.
