Mobile phone plays an important role in our life. We can not imagine even one day without this thing. If we go somewhere, plan something we always take our phone with us.
Nowadays everyone has a phone: child and adult. It’s a great way of communication to each other. You are able to call almost any moment, send a voice message or text message to the friend or relative. I can not imagine how people lived before without mobile phones.
Another good thing is photo camera inside. Because my phone is always with me I can make a picture or video at any time. There is also photo album with hundreds and thousands of photos. I like to make pictures and make them almost everyday.
Also there is excess to internet almost in all phones today. Internet is like one encyclopedia with any information you need. You can find whatever you want: schedule of a shop, order food in restaurant and so on. I use internet almost everyday and don’t even think how useful it is.
Mobile phone has many advantages: organizer, navigator, calculator, MP3 player, dictionary and many other good things. You can download different apps for work and self-education.
But honestly mobile phone has disadvantages as well. For example, if you can not organize your day, you will waste your time with games and social networks. Children, teenagers and even adults sometime can not control the time.
There is also information that phones has some unhealthy rays, that can be dangerous for us. But I don’t really believe that.
In general, I think phones are very useful and helpful today.

Мобильный телефон имеет уйму преимуществ: органайзер, навигатор, калькулятор, плеер, словарь и много чего полезного. Вы можете загрузить разные приложения для работы и самообразования.
Но честно говоря, у мобильного также есть недостатки. Например, если вы не можете организовать свой день верно, вы потратите время впустую с играми или в социальных сетях. Дети, подростки, взрослые часто не умеют контролировать своё время.
А ещё есть информация о том, что мобильные выделяют вредные лучи, которые опасны для здоровья. Но я не очень верю в это.

Употребление наркотиков серьезное заболевание современного общества, оказывающее губительное влияние на целые группы населения и отдельные семьи по всему миру. Но что гораздо страшнее, большой процент употребляющих наркотики – это молодые люди, неспособные осознать риск, которому они себя подвергают. Каждый год употребление наркотиков выливается в миллионы заболеваний и несчастных случаев.
Следствие употребления наркотических препаратов
Употребление наркотиков является причиной наиболее серьезных социальных проблем. Здесь стоит назвать вождение в состоянии наркотического опьянения, насилие, стресс и жестокое обращение с детьми. Помимо этого растет число бездомных и повышается уровень преступности. Наркотики наносят вред еще не рожденным детям и разрушают семьи.
Что такое наркотик
Наркотик – это любой химический состав, который не являясь продуктом питания, оказывает влияние на состояние вашего тела. Существуют такие наркотики как медицинские препараты и болеутоляющие, которые прописываются врачом и которые можно купить в аптеке, но существует также и другой вид – произведенные человеком наркотики, которые чрезвычайно опасны. Они включают амфитамины, анаболические стероиды, марихуану, летучие вещества наркотического действия, кокаин и героин. Они вызывают необратимые изменения в мозгу человека и зачастую приводят к потере самоконтроля и способности адекватно воспринимать окружающую действительность. И каким бы абсурдным это не казалось, но на сегодняшний день люди в огромных количествах производят наркотики для потребления человеком.
Причины зависимости
Трудно сказать, почему люди начинают употреблять наркотики. Одна из главных причин, вероятно, попытка уйти от реальности. Они хотят чувствовать, думать и вести себя по-другому. Однако, все, что происходит после того, как вы приняли наркотики, всего лишь иллюзия. Не существует факторов, по которым можно было определить, пристрастится ли тот или иной человек к наркотикам, но зачастую существует риск влияния наркотических веществ на биологические процессы, взаимодействие с другими людьми и развитие человека.
Лечение наркозависимых
Есть разные способы лечения наркотической зависимости, но лучший из них – предотвращение употребления наркотиков. Один из способов сделать это – внедрять различные программы профилактики, в которых задействованы школы, семьи и СМИ. Но пожалуй наиболее важным является осознание последствий употребления наркотиков.

Major social problems take place due to drug taking. Here we can talk about drugged driving, violence, stress and child abuse. The problem also leads to homelessness and crime. Drugs harm unborn babies and destroy families.
What a drug is
A drug is considered to be any chemical that is not food though affects your body. There are such drugs as medicines and painkillers which are prescribed by a doctor and are available in pharmacies but the other type which is man-made is really dangerous. These include amphetamines, anabolic steroids, marijuana, inhalants, cocaine and heroin. They cause irreversible changes in a person’s brain and very often lead to losing the feeling of self control and the ability to understand anything. It’s an absurd that nowadays people invent drugs in huge quantities especially for human consumption.
Possible reasons
It’s hard to say why people start taking drugs. One of the main reasons, probably, is the desire to escape the reality. They try to change the way they feel, think or behave. However, everything that happens after taking drugs is just a miracle. There aren’t any factors that are able to predict whether a person will become addicted but very often the risk is influenced by a person’s biology, social environment and stage of development.
Types of treatmen
There are different types of treatment for drug abuse but the best is to prevent drug addiction in the first place. One of the ways to do it is to implement prevention programs into our everyday life which would involve schools, families and the media. But the most important thing is to be aware of the consequences of drug taking.

My Favourite Season
There are four seasons in a year: winter, spring, summer and autumn. All seasons are good in their own way. Winter, for example, is full of celebrations, presents and snow. Spring is the time of nature awakening and flower blooming. Autumn can be rainy and yet beautiful, full of multi-coloured leaves. However, my favourite season is summer. I choose summer not only because my birthday is in June, but also because it’s the time of holidays. Summer is the season when the sun shines brightly, the sky is rarely cloudy and the water in the sea becomes warm enough to swim. Even if it becomes too hot, you can always go for a walk in the shady woods. I also like summer because there are many berries, fruit and vegetables, not to mention numerous flowers on the fields. Among them roses, dandelions, daisies, and other flowers. Sometimes the air in summer becomes stuffy, but occasional thunderstorms bring relief. After the thunderstorms the air becomes remarkably fresh and very often we can see the rainbow in the sky. Summer is also the time when I and my family go on holiday to the seaside. It’s a wonderful time, when we can have a rest from the intense academic year and relax. I think all children love summer because of long school holidays and I’m no exception. I also enjoy my free time, playing with my friends, watching TV, and doing other fun activities. Nevertheless, I don’t forget to do some useful reading from time to time.

The Internet is for sure one of the greatest inventions of last century. The point is that the invention and implementation of it to different spheres of our life has completely changed the way we live it. It has transformed the process of communication, study, search of information and even the way of thinking. But are all these changes positive?
First of all, the existence of the Internet doubtlessly had enormous effect on our lives. Furthermore, it brought more opportunities that had been unachievable before. As for the process of communication, it’s obvious that the appearance of the Internet has given us a chance to keep in touch with people from all over the world. We are able to hear and see our faraway relatives and friends as well as make a deal with clients and business partners from different continents. Moreover, we have unlimited access to any kind of information, which makes it easier to study and develop ourselves.
On the other hand, it’s disputable if we use all these advantages or not. The unlimited access to information can be treated as drawback, because people are not motivated to get knowledge. In addition, the information that is available for everyone is not so desirable any more. The vast majority of teenagers waste their free time surfing useless websites and chatting with each other. They stopped communicating face to face and don’t spend enough time outside. The problem is also that the Internet is like a drug for many people. More and more often we talk about the Internet addiction and how it ruins our lives.
As for me, I can see a lot of advantages and new opportunities that the Internet allows us to use. Nevertheless, we have to be vigilant and do not become addicted.

Что касается процесса общения, то это очевидно, что появление Интернета дало нам возможность поддерживать отношения с людьми со всего мира. Более того, у нас есть безграничный доступ к любой информации, что делает нашу учебу и развитие более легким.
С другой стороны, спорным является тот факт, используем ли мы все эти преимущества или нет. Безграничный доступ к информации может считаться и недостатком, потому что люди не мотивированы получать знания. Более того, информация, которая доступна каждому не является больше желаемой. Большинство подростков впустую тратят свое свободное время, посещая бесполезные сайты и переписываясь друг с другом. Они не общаются лицом к лицу и не проводят достаточно времени на улице. Проблема также в том, что Интернет для многих людей подобен наркотику. Все чаще и чаще мы говорим об интернет-зависимости и как она разрушает нашу жизнь.
Что касается меня, то я вижу много преимуществ и новых возможностей, которые Интернет позволяет нам использовать. Тем не менее, мы должны быть бдительными и не становится зависимыми.
