All people want to be successful in life and they expect their career to give them all the good things of life. The question is when it is better to make a career choice. Some people believe that career decisions should be made at an early age, while others are sure that one should take some time and think it out.
In my opinion, you get more chances to succeed if you choose your professional path as early as possible. First of all, an early career decisions mean saved time, which can be spent on better education and practice. The more theoretical knowledge and practical skills you acquire the better you are at a chosen professional activity. Good professionals are always in great demand in every sphere and they are highly rated and well-paid. These people are successful because high professional rating and substantial earnings are an important part of success. Moreover, the younger you are the more energy and health you have. As a matter of fact, trying to be successful requires a lot of psychophysical efforts, so young people are more advantaged than older ones.
But there are people who consider that there is no interdependence of an early choice of a career path and success. They say that success is achievable at any age, and it is strong will that is the key to it.
Nevertheless I do not agree with the above mentioned position. Nowadays many older people, no matter how strong-willed they are, cannot even get a chance for a job because of their age. Almost every company expects their employees to be not older than a certain age. If you are over, you are not invited to the job interview, which means you fail even on the first step to success. Your strong will is of no help.
In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that there are no shortcuts to success in life. It usually takes much time to make money, to achieve a high social status, etc. So, the earlier you take the first step on your career path, the more prospects of success you have.

A person is happy if he has a good job. Someone wants to work in the office with people or alone, other people prefer to work from home. The important thing is to decide what you exactly you want to do. And the earlier you choose your career the more successful you will be in future. It is very important if you gonna like your future job.
I think every child should start to think what he wants to be, while he is at school. Then he can start to pay more attention to subjects more useful for him. He will know that every hour he spends learning the subject is one step closer to his future career. Maybe you have to pay more attention to maths or English. The thing is you have to think very well if you really want this job. It must be your choice, but not your parents or friends. If you have decided by yourself you will succeed in future a lot. And early choice of your future career is a key to success.
But my parents are not agree with me. They think that I have to learn all the subjects. They have changed the choices so many times in past. So now they are afraid, that I can do the same. They are sure that any early choice is not always correct. We change our hobbies often, so we will also change our preference of job.
Still I have met people who wanted to be doctors and they have become excellent dentists and surgeons. Some of my relatives have become great lawyers because they had a dream since childhood. All these people are very young today but already they have known their business well. So I think it’s a good idea to decide as early as possible which profession you want to have. And slowly you can start to build your career tomorrow.

Я считаю, что ребёнку стоит начать думать, кем он хочет стать, пока ещё ходит в школу. Тогда он смог бы обращать больше внимания на предметы, которые пригодятся ему при поступлении. Он будет понимать, что каждый час, который он проводит обучаясь этому предмету, он будет на шаг ближе к карьере своей мечты. Может, вам стоит обращать больше внимания на математику или на английский язык. Вам только нужно подумать очень хорошо, если вы действительно хотите эту профессию. Это должен быть только ваш выбор, а не родителей и не друзей. Если вы решите самостоятельно, вы многого добьётесь в жизни. А ранний выбор карьеры - залог вашего успеха.
Но конечно, мои родители не согласны со мной. Они считают, что я должна изучать все предметы одинаково усердно. Ведь они в прошлом меняли своё решение много раз. Так что теперь они боятся, что я сделаю тоже самое. Они считают, что ранний выбор не всегда может быть верным. Мы часто меняем свои хобби, значит, мы можем изменить и свои предпочтения в работе. И все же я встречала многих, кто хотел стать врачом и они стали отличными стоматологами и прекрасными хирургами. Некоторые мои родственники стали отличными юристами, ведь в детстве у них была мечта. Все эти люди ещё молоды, но уже сегодня они здорово справляются со своей работой.
Так что я считаю, что это прекрасная идея, решить как можно раньше, какую профессию вы хотите иметь в будущем. И уже завтра вы сможете по-тихоньку начать строить свою карьеру.

There is a great number of people, who believe that choosing a career in advance is a guarantee of success. While others claim that the profession should be chosen in high school, not earlier.
To my mind, an early choice of career is really the key to success. Firstly, students can develop the skills, needed for their career and become more successful than ones who chose the profession later. Secondly, they will study more serious, because they will understand why they are doing it and will become successful.
Nevertheless, there are people who believe that an early choice of profession will not bring success because children in primary or secondary school cannot take such an important decision and there is a risk that the decision will be taken by parents.
I cannot totally agree with that opinion.
Parents can decide the future of their children not only in primary or secondary school but also in high school. More important is that in reality children understand better what they want to do in the future, because they do not choose a profession because it is well paid or prestige, but because they like it and it is the key to their success in the profession
To conclude, I would like to say that the early choice of career path helps to succeed in the profession. Children, who choose their career early have more chances for success.
