The aim of this report is to suggest ways of improving the flats, in a house I stay during my studying, in order to encourage more young people to live there.
Every year for about 5000 new students came studding in our university. Therefore, it would be appropriate to make repairs, namely that attracts a large number of applicants to enter to it in our university.
Some of the furniture should also be improved. Firstly, I would strongly recommend changing beds in our rooms, owing to that more students will attracts more friends to live there .Secondly, more modern appliances, such as a washing machine and a cooker will relieve students, who do not have to go to the laundry room and wait for their turn to cook food. Lastly, it would be a good idea to build a sport ground near our house; this will attracts to become a lover of healthy lifestyle.
Unfortunately, our courtyard is narrow, full of litter and old-broken cars. Therefore, the cars should be towed away, the litter will be collected. Another suggestion would be to put asphalt on road, consequently students do not have to circumvent, go around the mud and puddles.
All in all, I strongly believe that new improvement would encourage people to live there. These changes would definitely made flats more comfortable and spacious.

Некоторая мебель также должна быть улучшена. Во-первых, я бы настоятельно рекомендую заменить кровати в наших комнатах, благодаря этому, больше студентов привлекут друзей жить здесь. Во-вторых, более современные электроприборы, такие как стиральная машина и газовая плита избавят студентов от необходимости ходить в прачечную и ждать своей очереди, чтобы приготовить пищу. И наконец, было бы хорошей идеей, построить спортивную площадку возле нашего дома; это привлечёт студентов стать любителями здорового образа жизни.

There is a several shortage of modern classes you can do, for instance you will have fun visiting volleyball course or can test your knowledge in special quiz, nevertheless, in my opinion, and this is not enough for so large centre.
Some of the changes should also be done. Firstly, as I said, it would be a good idea to open some new courses, which are popular with young people, such as basketball, dancing and football. Secondly, visitors need more rest rooms with showers, in which people can take a shower after training. Lastly, I would strongly recommend refreshing your advert, as community centre will offer new activities and provide fresh information about events in the area, which people can see and became wanted to visit.
Unfortunately, some facilities need to be replaced. In particular, there is a lot of graffiti on clothes cupboards, dirty floors on gyms. The cupboard should be changed, floors swept .Another suggestion would be to make a discount card, especially for students, owing to the discount more visitors would join in your centre.
All in all, I feel that new courses, rest rooms would make the centre more popular with young people. That would definitely make the centre more pleasant for people of all ages.

Let me show you this table. It gives information about how different vehicles used to get to work are.
As can be seen from the percentage bar chart, the largest percentage of a means for getting to work is a motor vehicle. It is connected with such a reason that automobiles are extremely spread among adults. However, bicycles are not so popular and fast and people using them during way to work consist only 2%.
From the statistics it can be inferred that there is not a big difference between the frequency of usage such approaches to get to work corresponding to the middle of the table.
Such modes as walk and going by car represent the average value and differ from one another only by 1%.
I want to say that there is a problem that can arise with getting to work or school. I suppose that, using cars, there is a big possibility to get not on time. There can be such problems as breaking down and traffic jams, which are really frequented in dig cities. To solve this problem I would suggest using cycles more and developing special equipped path for cyclists around the region.
All in all, I want to say that there is a variety of the ways of getting to work and everyone can find the most convenient for herself of himself.
