Every country has each own flag like symbol of its freedom. I like the flag of the USA. It is very colorful and memorable. This flag has got seven red stripes and six white stripes. These thirteen stripes mean the original thirteen colonies. In the top left corner we can see blue rectangle with stars. Stars mean the states. There are 50 white stars on the blue rectangle. Firstly, the flag was flown on the 4th of July - The Independence Day. The flag is also called "The Stars and Stripes", "Star-Spangled Banner" or "Old Glory".
