The history of the creation of electricity.

In 1870, the history of electric lighting began. This year the incandescent lamp was invented. The light appeared in it due to the arrival of an electric current. The first lighting devices that worked from electricity appeared at the beginning of the nineteenth century. Such lamps were not very comfortable. However, they were used for street lighting.
Pavel Yablochkov invented an electric candle in December 1876. Two carbon plates were installed in it, which were separated by an insert made of porcelain. These plates were an electrical conductor. Electricity heated an arc that gave light. The Yablochkov lamp was widely used for street lighting in large cities.
The invention of a Russian engineer could only burn for ninety minutes. Several lamps were installed in a separate lantern at once. At first, only one burned, which received the most favorable conditions for gorenje. In other words, her resistance was the smallest. After it went out, another one began to burn. And so it went on until the last lamp finished burning.

The inventor placed the device in a vacuum shell. This protected the arc from rapid oxidation, so that the lamp could be used for a long time.
In 1880, Thomas Edison's lamp was patented. Lamps have gained rapid distribution and popularity. This brought huge profits, thanks to which Edison became a very wealthy man.
Edison 's merits
Most of the lighting components invented by Edison are recognized as standard and are currently used all over the world. Also, the American inventor contributed to the availability of lamps for everyone. To do this, I sold them, reducing the cost. The development of production automation has made it possible to reduce costs while simultaneously releasing a lot of goods. Soon lamps appeared everywhere and at everyone. Edison's dream came true.

Thomas Edison lived until 1931. He continued to invent all his life. After the War, he tried to invent a substitute for rubber because of the shortage that the war caused.
Thomas Edison was a true genius, but he never went to a college or university. The only time Edison attended school was when he was seven years old. He stayed for three months and never returned. Thomas Edison was a school dropout, yet he became one of America’s most famous and most honoured men.
