Тип урока: Урок изучения и первичного закрепления новых знаний.

Цель изучения темы:

В области предметной компетентности: освоить новые лексические единицы по теме "Road Safety", научиться употреблять в речи повелительное наклонение глагола, воспроизводить и употреблять в речи словосочетания, читать и полностью понимать содержание текста.
В области коммуникативной компетенции: развитие умений извлекать необходимую информацию из прочитанного текста, анализировать, развитие навыков распознавания и употребления в речи повелительного наклонения глагола.
В области языковой компетентности: развитие умения учащихся употреблять изученную лексику в речи.

Планируемые результаты:

Личностные: Формирование потребности в практическом использовании знаний английского языка в различных жизненных ситуациях и мотивации к дальнейшему овладению иностранным языком; формирование коммуникативной компетентности в общении и сотрудничестве со сверстниками.
Метапредметные:
- Регулятивные УУД: осуществление регулятивных действий самонаблюдения, самоконтроля, самооценки в процессе коммуникативной деятельности на иностранном языке.
- Познавательные УУД: уметь добывать новые знания, освоение ознакомительного, поискового чтения, находить ответы на вопросы, используя текст.
- Коммуникативные УУД: речевая деятельность, навыки сотрудничества, уметь участвовать в беседе по теме "Road Safety", понимать точку зрения собеседника.
Предметные:
1. Формирование практических умений использовать полученные знания;
2. Читать и полностью понимать содержание текста.
3. Воспринимать на слух и понимать аудиотексты.
Формы работы: Индивидуальная, парная, фронтальная.

Оборудование: учебник, звуковое приложение (CD), интерактивная доска, проектор, презентация к уроку с интерактивными заданиями и презентация с тестом, рабочие листы с диаграммами для сильных и слабых учеников.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

- Good morning, children!

- It’s nice to see you!

- Who’s absent today?

II. Работа по теме урока.

1. Беседа

Приложение 1 Слайд2 (Учитель показывает картинки с изображением слов из упражнения 1 на странице 26: pedestrian, traffic lights, pavement, zebra crossing, traffic sign, traffic warden, parking zone, yellow lines. Ученики повторяют >слова за учителем).

Teacher: Which of these things can you see on the road outside: your school? your home?

Pupil 1: I can see _________ outside our school/my home.

Teacher: (Приложение 1 Слайд1) Look at the title of the lesson and the signs and say what we are going to talk about.

Pupil: I think we’re going to talk about road safety.

Teacher: Right you are. Today we’re going to learn how to be safe on the road.

2. Работа с лексикой урока.

Упр. 2 стр. 26

Teacher: Now you’re going to work in pairs. Look at the task in Ex. 2 Match the words in columns A and B to make phrases. In pairs discuss what is dangerous/safe to do in your country.

(Ученики выполняют задание в парах. Учитель может предложить сначала написать фразы, а затем обсудить, что опасно и безопасно делать в России на дорогах).

Teacher: Are you ready? Let’s check what phrases you have made. Go to the starboard and click on the word in the first column and then click on the word in the second column. Read the phrase and translate it into Russian.

(Учитель использует Приложение 1 Слайд3 из презентации с интерактивными заданиями. Учащиеся выходят к интерактивной доске и с помощью карандаша кликают на слова из левой колонки и находят подходящие слова в правой колонке, кликают и составляют фразу, остальные проверяют).

Teacher: You have already discussed what is dangerous/safe to do in our country. Look at Slide 2 and click on the correct box.

Pupil 1: It’s dangerous to run onto the road.

Pupil 2: It’s dangerous to…

(Используя Приложение 1 Слайд4, учащиеся кликают на рамочки, где описано, что опасно делать на дороге. Если выбран верный ответ, рамочка окрашивается в красный цвет и под фразой “It’sdangerous” появляется правильный ответ. Можно посмотреть перевод фразы, кликнув на английскую фразу. Если выбран неверный ответ, то рамочка исчезает).

3. Работа с грамматическим материалом урока.

Упр. 3а) стр. 26.

Teacher: Today we are going to learn how to give instructions on road safety. Read the examples in Ex. 3. How do we form the imperative?

(Один учащийся читает примеры, и ученики выдвигают предположения, как образуется повелительное наклонение).

Teacher: Read the information about the Imperatives on the slide.

(Учащиеся вместе с учителем изучают правило образования повелительного наклонения глагола Приложение 1 Слайд5 - 6).
Упр. 3b) стр. 26.

Teacher: In Ex. 3b use the phrases in Ex. 2 to give instructions on road safety.

Pupil 1: When on the street, look both ways before crossing. Don’t …..

Pupil 2: When in the car, …

Pupil 3: When on the bus, …

4. Динамическая пауза.

Teacher: Let’s have a rest and walk along the streets of Kolomna.

We are walking straight ahead.
Turn to the right, turn to the left.
Look up, look down,
It’s my street, it’s my town.

4. Работа с текстом для чтения.

Упр. 4а) стр. 26.

Teacher: Look at the text and its title on page 27. What do you expect to read in it? What is the text about?

Pupil 1: I think the text is about …..

Teacher: Now listen to the text, read and check.

(Учащиеся слушают текст и проверяют свои догадки о содержании текста).

Упр. 4b) стр. 26-27

Teacher: Please read the text and match the titles (A-D) to the sections (1-4).

(Учащиеся читают текст вслух, переводят и подбирают заголовки к каждой части текста. До чтения необходимо ознакомиться с заголовками).

Упр. 5 стр. 27.

Teacher: Look through the text and complete the spidergrams with words from the text.

(Раздать учащимся рабочие листы с диаграммами. Сильные учащиеся самостоятельно разыскивают слова в тексте. Слабым учащимся выдаются диаграммы на рабочих листах со словами и переводом, которые необходимо вставить в нужную диаграмму).

5. Тест “Road Safety”

Teacher: Now you know a lot about road safety. I’d like to check your knowledge of road safety rules. Let’s do the test. Go to the starboard, read the task and click on the correct answer.

(Учащиеся выполняют задания теста “Roadsafety” на интерактивной доске Приложение 2).

6. Инструктаж по выполнению домашнего задания.

Teacher: Write down your home task. Ex. 9 p. 27. Learn the new words by heart. Make a leaflet of do’s and don’ts to tell school students what to do when playing outside.

(Учитель объясняет домашнее задание, учащиеся записывают задание в дневники).

7. Подведение итогов урока.

Teacher: Do you remember the words and phrases from our lesson? Do you know what is safe/dangerous to do on the road? Can you give instructions on road safety? Did our lesson help you learn the road safety rules?

(Учитель оценивает деятельность учащихся на уроке).

Teacher: That’s all for today. The lesson is over. Goodbye!

1. Parking zone - f) A place where you can park a car.
2. Pedestrian - a) A person who is on foot, not by car/ bike, etc.
3. Zebra crossing - b) White stripes on the road. People can cross the road on it.
4. Traffic warden - e) A name of a job. This person watches the traffic and makes it safe.
5. Pavement - d) An area which people use for walking.
6. Traffic sign - c) A sign on the road.

Я. You are smart and I know this. Now look at your text books. Ex. 2 p.26. You should match the words in columns A and B to make phrases. And let`s discuss what is dangerous\safe to do in our country.(работа с учебником)

Повелительное наклонение используется для того, чтобы

отдать приказание (Stop that noise!);

проинструктировать кого-либо (Cut the paper into two pieces.)
